Karl Steudel has been acting since high school, where he won the Drama bowl award.
He has since been in dozens of films, television shows, commercials, and industrials. If you watch commercials, (and you should) you may have seen him in Cepocal, 1-800 Mattress, Tom Tom, “Dr. Gobran-dentist”, to name a few.
You can now rent his principal film work in “Willows Way” on Netflix, or you may have seen him as Charles Darwin on PBS NOVA. In April, 2014 on the Travel channel's “Hotel Secrets and Legends”, Karl played the supporting role as a Becker, a radical co-conspirator, intent to break free of the Newly founded United States.
Karl has also worked two costars on All My Children, and performed his first 99 seat equity show, “Langston and Nicholas” at the Stella Adler Theater. This show was acclaimed by the LA Times as "The Best Play in LA”.
Karl continues to land work both in LA and his hometown of New England. At this moment, he is a paid singer in a new music production.

Karl's credits for Voice work include Nike Industrial videos, and Adult Swim Channel Animated comedy, "Dashboard Jesus".
Karl recently directed his first short film, “Burnt Turkey”.
Karl opened live on stage for Paula Poundstone, and co-founded an improv-singing-telegram service called “Rap-o-Gram”, catering to such clients as The Garber Travel Agency, Colleges and private parties.
For Disney fans, Karl made his 'crash' debut on the cold open of “Austin and Ally” Episode 1, by stumbling over a drum set, and sending cymbals flying.
Karl did his FIRST ever stand up comedy at the Mbar this Spring, 2014. He actually got a few laughs and had fun. As a result of that show, he was asked to perform at the well-known Belly Room!
As a Composer, Pianist, Saxophonist and Singer, Karl has licensed his original music recordings to National Television shows such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, Bravo, HGTV, The Food Network, The History Channel, VH1, Hogan Knows Best, and many others. - If you watch TV - you have heard Karl's music.
Since 2005, Karl has hosted events in New England for actors, He has also worked as a talent finder for a few small projects. His clients include Hewlett Packard, live comedy shows, regional Commercials and independent film.
